Paid plans are subscriptions billed in U.S. dollars and renew automatically each billing period (monthly, every 6 months, or yearly — whichever you pick) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for. Per-account and add-on charges are billed monthly as you use them. The exact renewal date and any trial terms are shown before you confirm payment.
